Choose how often we email you about Cape Coral new construction. "Instant" goes out within 15 minutes of the MLS change; digests are sent at 7 am Eastern.

Each alert type has its own frequency — set anything to Daily digest to batch updates into one email a day instead of getting pinged constantly. Nothing here affects tour confirmations or replies from an agent.
